ill treating tenant

1.within less than 3 months I have moved in by my flat ,the tap in the bath room showed rust on the rubber that holds tap not to be loose, I communicated that to agent who came to try and solve but with no proper tools of course he failed that was 2017 since I moved in November 2016. 2.less than 6 months plugs are not working including their stove is partially working, I informed agent as well but he took me for granted, I then wrote email to indicate that the above 3 are not working, he later send electrician who repaired plug and vanished. I then informed agent that only plugs are repaired. realnet now tells me we must pay 50/50 to get stove right and not entertaining the tap issue. But my contract says they liable for fair wear and tear and I must be liable to things I have damaged. I did not damage stove but is also a not life time furniture therefore falls under fair wear and tear. they tell me I am the only person complaining with stove as our complains must be uniform and I feel that they failing to either understand contract they made me sign or they just undermine people. still hoping they will do right thin because I know this is wrong. I pay my rent sham.
