Horrible post sale service from Realnet

Realnet assisted us in selling our house however we received terrible post-sale service from the Realnet Branch based in Cosmo City. We had tenants in the house that we sold and the realnet agent based in Cosmo City made false claims that we had not given our tenants their rentals for this month back. He asked us for the R4000 plus deposit and we asked him to provide a bank account and he said that he wants the cash and that we should not deposit into their bank account. He brought a friend with him who harassed my husband asking for the money immediately. We then requested that we all go to the Douglasdale police station and when we were there I told him that I could only pay the rental of R4000 to the new owner directly. We eventually returned the 4000 to our tenants directly. The agent then went to Wakaba and Partners, the attorney handling the matter and **** that we had not paid our tenants. Wakaba and Partners have not paid over our proceeds from the sale of the house because of the agents lies. I will never do business with Realnet again due to this terrible service
