Horrible agency for buyers
We recently bought a house with the agency and the seller had tenants in the house. We were given an underwriting that once the house is registered in our name that the tenants will be given notice and advised to leave the house. This did not happen, we were stuck with a family of 8 in our house that we had to remove ourselves. The seller and agency got their money and didn’t even bother themselves with offering any assistance. To top it all off, we were registering to the incorrect home owners association.

03 Sept 2024, 11:02RealNet can confirm that it had been communicated to the client, Thato, before this complaint on the Hellopeter platform has been posted, that they should seek legal counsel and services to further communicate with the seller of the property and to try and resolve the situation. The RealNet office in question was unable to offer any further assistance as the sale had been concluded and legally, they had no jurisdiction over the pervious owner, and had communicated such to the client and attempted to reason with the seller, as a sign of goodwill and willingness to help, to no avail. Due to matters and events well outside of the RealNet office in questions control, and due to no fault of their own, the client stood by holding the RealNet office in question responsible for a situation they were neither involved in nor able to resolve.
