Good experience: Agent, Agency and Conveyancing Attorney

An agent from RealNet Properties - Klara Gilbert - recently sold my flat in Buh-Rein Retirement Village. She managed to do this, almost against all odds. (1) The Developer is selling all new flats, with NO levies in the first year, (2) buying from them, purchaser would not have to pay transfer duties, (3) flat is on 3rd Floor and lifts do not work during load-shedding, (4) the purchaser is partly disabled which could complicate the sale, (5) the retirement village has many rules and required documentation for a re-sale. And yet, the agent managed to successfully complete the sale up to occupation by purchaser.

Throughout, the agent remained professional and calmly handled all queries and issues raised by me (seller) the purchaser, as well as meeting requirements from the Management of the Village.

When Offer was somewhat lower than my initial asking price, RealNet Durbanville, also lowered their commission - without me asking for this!

The process was managed very well by Cornelius Botha, Director of Miltons Matsemela, who was the Conveyancing Attorneys for this transaction. Everything done, including payment to me, in just over two months.
