False Mosleading and unprofessional Agents

Please find the following complain:

I was rather interested in a house that was on sale by one of your agents in Cosmo City by the name of Lindiwe, who then asked a colleague of hers to attend to me by the name of Thabang.

I didn't have a problem with that but however I do have a big problem with their service. So basically this is what happened. There was a house showing in ext 5 Cosmo City which I had gone for viewing with a different agent from a different agency. That agent said the house is no longer on sale but I was happy when Patrick, Thabang's stand in, took me to go see the same house which was said to not be on sale anymore as I was rather interested in the house.

On Saturday I was supposed to meet with Thabang and he bailed out without sending any form of communication. I then called to find out and there I was told that they were going to assign someone else for viewing.

Which is ok, I went to see the house, which I had already viewed. I was happy and Patrick, who was the stand in for Thabang assisted and said he will speak to the owner and get back to me. He called on Sunday and said I should come and sign an offer to purchase, the house is still for sale. I went and he finalized with the owner on Monday, or at least that's what he is telling me.

I asked him to send me the signed document, which is binding me to the sale of the house, which he never sent. I sent him all my documents on Monday so he can process the application. He then said he will but nothing was done. On Tuesday I still followed up with him and same was the response, to do it and as predicted he didn't. I decided to call Thabang who is apparently the agent in charge of the sale and Funny the same Patrick answered.

He gave me a huge story about the whole company being on training for 2 days and I shouldn't call the office because there's no one there. Which didn't make sense to me. On Wednesday I decided to call Lindiwe who is the initial contact person from day one.

She said she and Thabang are attending a workshop and she'll get back to me during lunch. Which never happened. The next day I called again and again Thabang's phone was answered by Patrick who said Thabang is attending the workshop but funny he left his personal phone with him. I still asked about the offer to purchase, which he said he will send as soon as possible but never happened.

I'm starting to think that there is no house on sale and that I will not be legally bound by that dummy offer to purchase and I need the house as soon as possible. Since I no longer have a residential place, which I stated initially. Since today is Friday and I haven't still gotten the offer to purchase. If by Wednesday it's not sent I will regard it as null and void and I will start looking for a house somewhere. He said they have sent my application which I didn't sign nor sign a concernt form from any of these banks and I know I should have. Which I know he is lying.

Please note that when I called their branch to ask for their supervisor, I was **** to as well and told that Lindiwe is the manager of the place, which she promised to get it fixed before 1 and it's past one now and I tried numerous times to talk to her but she's ignoring my calls. Which is confirmation that there's no offer that was accepted by the seller.

I am not happy and I will not be placed on hold for longer than Wednesday. If nothing is received from them on that day. I will be forced to sign an offer to purchase with other agents who are willing and capable of making a sale.

If your company operates this way, I foresee its future being liquidation because in my. Line of work, I have never seen such rude and disrespectful people.
