Bad Service from RealNet-Centurion Core Properties

We signed a lease agreement and moved into a house on 1 April 2017 and we only had bad service from RealNet-Centurion Core Properties (Jennifer and Stephen King). They promised various fixes and outstanding issues with very bad turnaround times and correspondence to us. They also invoiced us for services (electricity, water etc.) for the month BEFORE we moved in. We highlighted this issue and they still insisted that we must pay. The electricity and water meter reading date is 30 March 2017 and our lease agreement is only from 1 April 2017.
