Bad Service

Beyond belief. I am yet to find an agent that I can trust, but my recent experiences with RealNet, Johan Cronje and Hennie Steyn has by far been the worst. Hennie Steyn which I assume is the business owner has not even being in contact with me regarding these issues. They seem to try and have an explanation for everything.... I am a landlord based over seas and I expected these agents to maintain the property.

There were deductions made from tenants deposit for damages, however these funds that were kept back has mostly been absorbed by the agent themselves for these so called repairs. Not to mention, not all the damages were initially reported. All the work I attended to was paid mostly by myself.

The worst is, agent agreed for new tenants to move onto the property nearly a week before the time, without checking with me as a landlord first and not to mention for free. Income loss R3 900.00.

After numerous emails with the agents we kept going around in circles and I have just given up. Sadly I have no choice but to run with this years lease.

My best advise to any landlord is stay far away from this agent, sadly bad impact on the remaining of the business.

I have Zero trust in the agent. (I have so much more to say but this wont go anywhere, but the wheel turns)
