we recently moved from Pretoria east to Annlin to be close to our daughters. Nicholas your agent was so helpful in every way from telling us all about the house over the phone. meeting us at the Complex showing us around the property and telling us about the area. we fell in love with our new home and moved in on the 2nd of August.2024 Nicholas was always there for us either on the phone or through the whatsapp every day helping with all the paperwork. On the day we moved in he was there greeting us with his colleague and a beautiful bottle of champagne to celebrate our new home. Again he went around the house with us making sure everything was still ok and that we was still happy. Nicholas has become a friend now not as our agent because he cares so much for his client and not just the property he is selling.
