Worst Service Ever!!!

Worst service ever! I contacted you on 3 separate occasions linking to a debit order error on your side but like with many organisations all you are concerned about it profits and not linking that to the customer experience and satisfaction. I not once asked for discount nor preferential treatment, I only requested clarity on what transpired and what can be done differently to avoid this happen again! Sadly you failed to respond to my enquiry and that is unacceptable to me, hence I will be taking my services elsewhere. Well done, you have lost a client of over 4 years because no one could be bothered!
