Shout out to Zanele Tshabalala on the Whatsapp line
Zanele on the WhatsApp line was really helpful and patient with me today. She is knowledgeable regarding the contractual side of RBS services and was able to quickly assist. I am planning on moving and she suggested a few methods to keep me as a customer while still saving me some money. This is above and beyond what any company needs from a service consultant and I think she deserves a little recognition. You go girl!
