Real broadband...real bad service

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the ratings so far for this company. Service should have been up by 1 June. Router was "installed" last week (taking it out of the box and connect it to the wall...wow!!). But....the line is not working. Don't quite understand why that could not be tested when the line was installed? So we now again wait in anticipation for the line to be fixed. Luckily I did not cancel my current service. Got a tip from a friend to hang onto it.
