Putrid service, over 2 months 2 fix one issue. DONT CARE ATTITUDE

Still getting putrid service from both Real Broadband Solutions and metro fibre. They replaced out device on 29th June, after we have complained since 1st MAY, of wifi speeds up to 30mbps on a 250mbps line!! Now instead of major low speed, we are left with NO WIFI since 29th June because they claim to be having issue with the nokia devices which they replaced the old one with. They have apparently fixed 90% of the devices but ours so COINCIDENTALLY falls into the 10% they haven't been able to fix yet. Why did they replace our device if they knew the new one was giving issues?!?!! Now we're sitting unable to work AT ALL up until today and they don't tell you what the problem is or what they're trying to fix, all they say when you ask for updates is that 'they're working on it' ...ON WHAT??? It's now going into the 3rd month of either pathetic wifi and service, to now no wifi and putrid service. We can't even get regular updates, even that task is too much to ask of them. 2pm and I'm still waiting for the 12pm update they promised!
