LABELLING CLIENTS DIFFICULT
I take EXTREME offence, and expect an apology, for being called DIFFICULT.
I closed my account in APRIL. (2 April was the last day of service). RBS never made arrangements to collect the router - their property.
On 29 June, I requested that they make arrangements to have the router collected. The agent was unhelpful, and claimed I do NOT need to make arrangements to have it collected (so what should I do with it?) Then states that they will collect it (not saying when). I then repeated the request on 4 and 5 July (WhatsApp and e-mail).
On 7 July, I received an e-mail stating that I am "difficult".
After 3 months, it is NOT, 'difficult' of me to expect that the router should have been collected by now!
It is however UNREASONABLE that RBS expect ex-clients to move the router, or to put up with it, (it takes up space, make sure the cat doesn't break it, dust it etc.) when we are not using it.
Calling clients who have been VERY REASONABLE 'difficult' is offensive and outrageous!
Calling clients 'difficult' when RBS failed to do their job (collecting the router already in April) is extremely preposterous!
Apology accepted for the original complaint of labelling. Apology for dishonest dealing on HP is still outstanding.
