Do not use this company

Really the worst company I've ever worked with.

Took forever to fix any issues with my internet. To discuss the issues I had to chat with them over WhatsApp (no ticketing system) and then remind them every few hours that I'm still waiting on them for feedback. When I finally cancelled my account I called them multiple times to ensure that they cancel it properly. Unfortunately, that did not help at all, as they still didn't cancel my debit order and continued to draw funds from my account. Had to pay the bank to reverse the debit orders.
