DO NOT FALL FOR THIS **** of a company!
This is the worst company to deal with, they are not transparent and they don't communicate. The only time they would communicate is when they suspend your services and still expect you to pay for a service you never used, this company is a **** and a total nightmare to deal with. I honestly regret using their services, and they're terribly expensive, my advise is never ever get into an agreement with them, i hate real broadbrand solutions with passion.......😤😡

13 Sept 2024, 08:08Paid on the 6th September and my service got suspended on the 9th September, sent through proof of payment but until now I still don't have internet, what a ******* my hard earned R497 down the drain, no one bothering to respond to my emails or what's app....Real broadband solution is really a ****, i will definitely spread the word so other people don't fall for their ****.
