Real Assist – Team Andrew

I recently had a burst geyser and logged a claim with Real Assist. From the moment the claim was submitted, Real Assist called me within five minutes to arrange an inspection and made the very next day available to resolve the issue. Incredible response time.

I was assigned Team Andrew, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They arrived on time, were extremely polite, and conducted the inspection with great care. What stood out most was their innovation—they explored creative solutions for the replacement, carefully considering space constraints and neatness.

From the moment I met them, they had great energy. They were respectful of both me and my home, and within a short time, I felt completely comfortable leaving them alone in my home. They did a fantastic, neat, and professional job in excellent time.

Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Real Assist and especially Team Andrew.
