Think Twice before buying a ready made store

Please be aware of this company. I purchased a partner store in 2020. I sold two dropshipping stores. Then i reactivated the website in November 2023, and concerntrated more on the dropshipping side than the partner store. I had alot of questions about the theme because i needed certain plugins. The store is conciddered a duplicate website, as it seems that it is just a copy and paste from a dropshipping agency. So having your store ranked means alot of hours manually editing products. The support team couldnt assist with anything related to the theme. Which got me into a tif with a Guy named Anthony. He informed me that I didn't pay any hosting fees for 3 months and that he will suspend my account if i dont pay hosting fees. Less than 30 days later he suspended my website. Now here is the problem. When they sent me my login details to my store the email read 12 months free hosting or the option to move the store to any hosting company. So I ask the question why would you write on an email you receive free hosting for 12 months if its not true, NEVER SEND a invoice stating unpaid fees or while I was speaking to any suport agent did they mention it. Only when Anthony contacted me, because I told the agents their theme is a waste of money did they decide to focus on "outstanding fees". Now the other problem is I have spent money on Advertising, converted my website into an app, and when you click on the link it says account suspended. Anthony said its me own fault that I created an app and didnt pay hosting fees? What hosting fees? I have 12 MONTHS FREE HOSTING. Google unlisted my app and now i need to start the whole process again, after spending months working on removing duplicate products and discontinued products on this website. Every person who clicks my link and sees this... my reputation and credibility ruined. But the best part is and wait for it, is Anthony stating I have no idea how to copy the control panel ( a link he sent me) to move my shop to a new host. And believe me, I tried, the new hosting company tried with no luck. Now ANTHONY is threatening me with his legal team should I post anything related to this mess up on social media. So here we go Anthony. I am looking forward hearing from your legal team. We have quite a bit to discuss.
