I recently purchased a store & I have to say I'm extremely impressed with the service and support that I received and continue receive. Before I purchased my store I had a ton of questions, which was answered efficiently and perfectly by Anthony and other members of the team so I wasted no time and purchased the partner package. I received what was advertised in the due time that was stated. I'm not the most tech savvy person & this is a new experience for me, but the support has been phenomenal. I never wait more than 24 hours to receive the help that I need. The support team is amazing especially Jess, who has been a real diamond and goes above and beyond to assist me when I need support or information so a huge thank you to Jess, i also received help from Nick who assisted me in a timely manner and offered me words of encouragement. A huge shout out to Jess, Anthony and Nick. It's extremely hard to find such exceptional service nowadays. Yet your service and support has been on point.
