Disappointed

Quite disappointed in this. I purchased the partner store that comes with an extra dropshipping store, I chose the one with 30 000+ products. I had marketing people assist me and spent about R5000 on Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads, could not manage to sell even 1 store. Then with the dropshipping store, that I received with the products, after running a sync, it removed about 1000 products as they are no longer for sale, it does not seem any research is done with regards to offering you products that sell. NONE of their pre-loaded products sold, after importing products and advertising, spent about 4k on adverts on Facebook, I managed to sell 2 products, which are ones I imported myself. I think at the end of the day they do what they say, and give you a site with products, however, its not products that sell, it costs so much money to actually get marketing done to drive traffic to the site, I have given up now, and canceled my partner site, it's no longer worth the spend on ads with 0 return

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment and that your pay per click marketing hasn't worked out for you.

As per our emails to you previously your Paid marketing generated @ 9 enquiries, of which I believe 7 of them you were following up, frankly this is not enough to generate a sale. A quick run over a few days  of Paid Per Click ads totalling @$250 is unlikely to bring you a sale, as advised, marketing has to be consistent and ongoing to generate significant sales and traffic, traffic brings enquiries, enquiries you have to convert to sales through targeted email marketing and contact.

If you are going to use PPC you have to be ready to invest more than $250 over a short period of time , statistically buyers need to see an advert 5-7 times before they even consider buying, and it is the enquiries that convert to sales, not traffic. This is the exact reason we recommend you start building your marketing through free channels such as Instagram and facebook, to generate sales revenue to re-invest into Paid marketing.

I am glad to see that you made sales revenue on your dropshipping store from your marketing, however again we always recommend starting with free social media rather than paid marketing to minimise your risk and marketing cost. We add products to stores that have a sales history around the world, not just SA , naturally not every product will sell and what does sell depends on many factors, including your marketing, targeting and how you focus it.

Paid marketing does of course cost money, this is a cost in running a business, and a significant cost if you want to scale your business using PPC.

However we do advise you start marketing through the many free social media channels available, and why we also provide you with Free Live Marketing Training Webinars covering Social Media, PPC, Email and other channels, 3 days a week.

Thanks and good luck.
