Unprofessional and bad service at a higher price

Bought a book online for in store collection. It was supposed to be a gift for my wife that she wanted and was looking forward to. I paid for the book and waited to be notified so I can go and collect. After having to follow up myself to hear when it will arrive I get notified a week later that it is not in stock. You allow people to pay for items that you do not have. Unprofessional and *********. You should be ashamed of yourself and your service. Thanks for spoiling the gift that I was planning to get for my wife. Now there is not enough time to get it somewhere else. I will never support you again. Your bad service is not worth it. Your prices are more expensive but I thought I would support smaller companies. Don't complain when the bigger retailers put you out of business one day because this is exactly why it would happen. When you combine bad service with higher pricing, it really is not a winning recipe.
