Tracked down a book

I had tried to find a book at a number of leading bookshops in Gauteng but to no avail.The Readers Warehouse in Cape Town tracked a copy down at the branch at Lifestyle Johannesburg. Everyone was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for no personal gains.
