Terrible service!

Terrible service!

I ordered on the 13th May 2020. Never received my package. Contacted them via email and via their contact form on the website- NO response. No contact number to phone either and no option for online help!

Then posted on their FB page. They responded that there was a delay and they would get back to me today.

I reminded them on FB during the course of the day and guess what....

Still nothing

This is so disappointing and pathetic really!
