Outstanding online Customer Service

<p>I recently placed an online order, which I immediately paid for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then, being the book addict that I am, I found another book that I wished to order. I thought I would try out RW's online customer service to see if I could add it to my existing order (a query which would have been summarily dismissed by the Traditional Online Retailers).</p> <p> </p> <p>To my delight the person assisting me online, Angela, not only assured me it could be done with pleasure, but checked that stock was available and walked me through the steps that I needed to follow, including ensuring that the book was added to my purchase - no mean feat for an online retailer. And the price of the add-on book? R29!<br /><br />If this is how I am going to be treated, I will be doing a great deal more of my business with Reader's Warehouse!</p>
