Outstanding Customer Service

While looking for a book online I came into contact with Rachel, she found the book I was looking for and arranged with my closest branch (Norwood Mall) for me to make payment at the store rather than pay online. She was so polite and accommodating, it was a pleasure to deal with her. Upon arriving at the store, Marcelle, (the branch manager) had already been contacted with regards to my online order and had the order receipt ready for me. The service I received from both ladies was outstanding and effortless in securing my order. I can honestly say that Readers Warehouse have outdone themselves and I would gladly recommend anyone to shop at either one of their stores or online.
