Horrible customer service

This used to be my faveroute place to shop. Always ordered books from them and customer service was excellent. That has changed. I asked if they had a book I was looking for and the lady said that they would contact their supplier as it was not on their online site. I wrote down the name of the book with my details. They never contacted me again. So I called and the lady on the phone just said that my books had not arrived yet (even though I had not yet ordered anything). I spoke to the manager and when she investigated, I was asked what book I was looking for (even though a moment ago my "book order" had not been recieved yet. Then they apologised and said they would call me before the end of the week. They never did. I called again, and then suddenly the story changed to "we can't find the book you want" even though they were magically able to find the first three in the series. Horrible cutomer service.
