GOODS NOT DELIVERED - 10 DAYS LATER

I ordered and paid for two books on the 9th of July 2019. Up to date I haven't received those books. It is now 10 days later... The last response I received was that it will be sent to the Randburg Branch...? For what? I am done waiting now
