I ordered books on 6 May and STILL have not received them. You guys dont answer the phone, you dont respond on Facebook and your 'live chat' goes quiet when I request answers and a refund!! WHAT SORT OF CIRCUS ARE YOU RUNNING?!! I WANT MY ORDER CANCELLED AND A FULL REFUND. DONT SEE WHY I SHOULD BE RUNNING AROUND TRYING TO GET ANSWERS FROM YOU WHEN I AM THE CUSTOMER AND YOU OUGHT TO BE PROVIDING A SERVICE.

25 May 2020, 14:07I STILL have not received my refund. There's NO COMMUNICATION in that regard. You guys dont know whats happening...one person msgs me on facebook saying courier cant come, but the courier came...***!!! Give me my REFUND!! Dont try to **** OR ***** from me!
