They are the best of the best

From the onset, when I planned to publish my book while doing my research, I went to Google to find potential publishing houses that would aide me in my endeavours.

The first result that I found on Google was indeed Reach Publishers, where they also offered to give me a free quote. I found a few other publishing houses and all of them were cheaper than Reach Publishers but I was after premium service not cheap service. When I compare the quality of work that Reach gives out, it is safe to say that Reach Publishers is light years ahead.

I honestly love the excellence of how everything is compartmentalised in Reach Publishers and what I mean is that unlike other publishing houses, you would found out that one person is wearing many different hats within the organisation. But Reach is truly organised in that they have various people who focus on their part and thus increasing the chances of producing a more quality product.

Sian Sigamoney who is in the design department and it bears worth mentioning that the design department truly did wonders in terms of my design expectations. Unfortunately people do judge a book by its cover and thus the cover they designed for me as well as the interior designer was absolutely world class, I’m truly impressed.

To you Caitlan Naidoo, who truly bosses the communication part by ALWAYS Keeping me in the loop on the various stages of the book and making sure that I’m properly informed and I understand what’s at stake. Effective communication is truly the crux of everything and I really appreciate that a lot from you Caitlan Naidoo and Sian Sigamoney. This really helped me to sleep better at night, knowing that my project is in capable hands and truly speaking I had nothing to worry about when I discovered that truly I was working with professionals.

Not to mention the editor assigned to me Hazel Hardie, who tried by all means not to change my voice when she was editing my m****cript. It’s an extremely difficult mammoth task to edit for someone else, hence my mentor when it comes to organisational leadership - John Maxwell had to personally hire his own writer and had to train him on how to efficiently write for him, as that was a make or break situation for him if he had what it took to write for John Maxwell. People are complicated and seem to forget that we can’t read their minds, and thus it’s very easy to clash with someone you are editing for and Hazel Hardie really did wonders by maintaining my voice.

It truly makes sense as to why your services come at a premium price because at the end of it all it is worth it. I just want to thank each and everyone of you for making my first project a success and for the other staff members who also handled my book but did not get the liberty to engage with them, thank you so so much, I’m truly humbled.
