My request from you is to go in details when explaining the payment issue for the first time Author because I was under the impression that the money I paid cover everything from the beginning to the end. That made to have a financial challenge therefore I could not print the number of books that I wanted. Though I know that I can still print them later, it is just not the same. Keep up a good work.
