Designer not supportive

I am sad to give Reach a lower rating. I am doing this based only on my latest book published by them. I had great and professional service from them with my previous books. However, with this latest book I was not satisfied with the service of the designer that was allocated to me. I am very disappointed. I requested for assistance with ONE issue I had, but he refused to even acknowledge what I was asking. Anyway, for my next book I must find another publisher. Thank you Colleen, Michelle and others for your great service and support, but I am very disappointed with the service I received from the designer, Sian.
