YOUR SERVICE IS DEFICIENT
On the 14/08/2015 after 6:00pm boarding F2 I was traveling with my 3yrs old son as a precaution I went to the front of the queue to avoid standing in the bus with a child and risking him falling and being squashed or pushed over when commuters are getting off the bus.I was told by one of your employees that ,what I was doing was not allowed only Mothers with infants can come to the the front and that my son is suppose to pay.My question now is what precautions is BRT taking to avoid the risk of children getting hurt in the bus and from which age are they expected to pay for their fare.Am I supposed to wait for hours to get into a bus that has a free sit or are we suppose to use alternative transport that will accommodate our kids safety.Your buses.Tagging systems in F2 is always out of services which is inconveniencing us because we find our selves paying for penalties especially Mondays, you are bound to forget to tag out first. We are being put at risk when we get off the buses to go into the station so that we can tag,by the time you get in the station your bag is open you are not even sure if any of your valuable stuff is still there or ******.BRT IS LIKE TAKING METRO RAIL!<br>
