Worst commuter service ever

I am appalled by the lackluster service we are getting from Rea Vaya, if it's not the disrespectful staff who literally feel that they can shout at a person, then it's there loading service that's forever offline. I am now literally on a call that the line has been picked up, you can hear the people in the background, but no one is talking on the phone, that's literally what they think of us as customers. Anyhow, I have been trying to load my bus tag for the month, but both Parktown and Noordgesig has been offline for a month now, and when I called through yesterday, I was advised that all the loading stations were offline, like how do you run a business like that, can someone please get someone to get back to me
