Warning Insufficient Balance yet I have R371

I have a Reya Vaya card and the balance when I check at the bank is R371 as I last loaded R450 on the date that the strike began now this morning it kept advising Warning Insufficient Balance and I checked at the bank it was R371 the system was offline.. <br> <br> Please advise what do I need to do because it does not even swipe at other merchants mxm useless thing and your customer service people are not even friendly all they know is they are offline.<br> <br>
