Waiting 50 minutes for a bus in UNACCEPTABLE

After work in got to the library gardens station where I have been waiting for a bus for 50 minutes. As per Rea Vaya's promise to its customers, you should wait no longer than 15 minutes for a bus. This means that at least 3 'scheduled' buses regretted to meet their obligation or the scheduling is utterly poor. In he tine that I have waited, I have counted 8 T3 buses that have passed. Can senior management not manage their resources effectively? Do something to fix the problem! ! Because if the inefficient service, I have missed a scheduled meeting for which I planned to be an hour early. Serious action is needed as this is no the first occurance
