Very very very disgusting and bad service

<p>I used rea vaya bus yesterday the 05th of June, the tapping machine was not working for me to tap out when getting off. Like you know if you didn't tap out' if you want to tap in again the next day' it charges you twice ' I went and asked this other security to tap for me out at the same station today as is where I get a bus, they told me they don't tap out. I was speaking in English ' th stupid security lady just told me to stop speaking English ' I told her it's not my fault that she can't speak English... guess what???????? The security girl wanted to have a physical fight with me' her colleagues tried to warn her but she even said she doesn't care cuz she knows I will report her. She was so screaming and telling me to come out of the station to hit me' imagine. What kind of a customer service is this?????? I need this case to be taken further. I need you guys to watch the CCTV footage and see what happened there.</p>
