Very poor service

What was meant to be a 'world class service' turned into a disaster!<br> <br> It started when I was at park station and I decided to use rea vaya which was promised to be the best service ever. Firstly this is the most ratchet transport of all time, I entered the rea vaya station and to my surprise .. I walked in to a circus!! People were fighting to exit and the securities couldn't manage to manage the situation proper..<br> <br> As it was my first time I didn't know the routes of which is what, I then asked some worker to assist me into the destination I'm trying to get to .. and she too she did not know !!! And it makes me wonder what company hires staff that don't know their work!!<br> <br> I climbed the thokoza park because it made sense as I'm going to a place in soweto. I got there(thokhoza park) and I asked the worker there again that I'm trying to get to a place which was Dube. The guy made me climb the flippin wrong bus !! And I ended up in some place in soweto which I don't know and I was too vulnerable.. I was told to climb another bus but my argument would be that I should pay additional money ? And considering that I'm a student!<br> Im a very mad black woman right now that arrived at school LAT
