Very Bad service

<p>Since January 2017 the bus service has been so bad that I'm late everyday for work. I end up waiting so long for a bus to come and while waiting there are so many express buses going pass some with only four passengers in them. If these buses are only for Thokoza Park and Dobsonville then I suggest they remove the bus stops along the route. I don't think the people along the route was taken into consideration when they made the decision to cut down on busses to make more express busses. Head office staff should come out to the bus stops and see the chaos they created. Being squashed, stepped on your toes, sworn at, given the dirty eye on a daily basis is the order of the day since the new express bus introduction. If this continues then it's best to go back to taking the taxi, we are after all paying customer's. Rea Vaya has now become an inconvenience where it should have been better public transport services</p>
