Useless staff or management

<p>I got to Parktown station @ 16h15 and I waited for more than one hour For a bus that is supposed to go to Soweto Thokoza park, however that bus didn't come and we had to take the bus that goes to town. What irritates me is the fact that the stuff doesn't even bother to find out where the buses are, we've complained about this problem, but it's still not being solved...not everyone works Monday to Friday for the bus to operate normal only we work on weekends and the buses are limited to maybe a number of 5. Pls help us.</p>
