Ticket validators company are rude and insult cust

The Tap Out and in system on buses has been offline in the C bus I take to Maponya Mall. The company contracted to check for Tickets had securities yesterday who refused us to TAP out at Lakeview, and said all was sorted in the bus we have been hearing the same for the past 3 weeks. when bus C2 7005 YMT978GP came at 5:55 the system was offline I could not TAP out and told by 2 ladies from TIP Tech I wear cheap sneakers, this has been a continuous problem, they are very rude and unprofessional, they even told me how well educated they were, they have no respect for customers. This happened between 5 and 6 pm at lakeview.When we are unable to TAP out and the next morning we forget we face penalties which when you dispute take forever. The F12 bus is even worse it has never worked, and we are not allowed to pat out at Civic centre, please teach your staff manners . Last week at Lakeview Monday to Wednesday there was a lady who was wearing a red jacked she told us only man will go in the bus when we addressed the problem. She told us to go to hell this is her Territory she will do as she pleases she can stop the bus anytime and we can find alternative transport
