Thokoza park's bad service

I use this station every day when I go to work but it seems as if the service worsens by the day. If it is not the staff who couldn't care less about assisting commuters coz they are busy talking about yesterday, it's their consistent offline mode. When you finally get to load you can't go through their gate coz its not working also you miss your bus to work and not as much as an apology from anyone who works there. Then the security whom I don't know if they are the station managers talk anyhow they see fit
