The worst bad service

The way this organization is not helpful to some of us is really hurting and it seems like no one cares even when u complain they don't reply from last week I've been trying to load my tag in all the stations their telling me they are offline and the system will be back next year how are we suppose to get to work it thats the case and all the busses they not even tapping out when u ask to tap at the station they don't want I don't know were do they expect us to tap out coz we don't own stations so that means we must always get penalties which they charge u R18 which I feel like is so unfair coz is not our fault that the busses are not tap ? Today I go to boomtown station trying to load my tag they giving me attitude telling me I must open the gates for myself then go load then go back and wait for the bus which I feel is still not fair coz I'm still on my trip it hasn't ended and they used to open gates for us so now I don't no what changed... All I could say to Rea vay people is that they don't value their customers they really don't care about us.. I'm using the bus because I don't have a choice or any other options but trust me only if I did had options I wouldn't even bother my self to enter in that station.
