Terrible customer service complaint

Terrible service from staff.

I'd like to report a staff member who has assaulted me and verbally abused me. Today Saturday 13 April 2019 09:30am at Lakeview station one of your staff members who work at the ticket station assaulted me.

I'd like to lay a complaint against this violence but your customer service line is poor as well. I want to escalate this matter and I hope it doesn't fall ontl deaf ears. I've had enough of the disrespect received from the staff. You need to do something about this.
