System always offline

<p>I've been trying to refill my tag for 3 days now and they keep telling me the system is offline. The people at the counter just say we're offline then look the other way, like you figure out you contingency plan. So I take the initiative to ask what now? They offer to sell me return trip tickets which costs R30. I refill for R100 which last a whole week so if I spend R30 a day which equals an extra R50 to my weekly budget that I am not willing to pay because I was promised an opportunity to avoid this by purchasing the card.</p> <p> </p> <p>At least at the bare minimum make tag refills available at more outlets. Absa ATM's are not enough because there literally isn't any around my way.</p>
