Stampede At Thokoza Park Terminals

Good day,<br> <br> I would like to express my disgust of the level of user experience at the BRT Rea Vaya Thokoza Park station in the mornings. The stampede that happens there for people who are tagging in and others tagging out and then in who departed from F2 and the likes of buses makes it impossible for some elder people to get through the terminals without getting hurt. Please help with the current situation at the Station as it is not user friendly at all. Another matter is that most of the times the terminals are not working and we have to go through without tagging out and in the morning one forgets that they never tagged out the previous day and we get penalized for the stations inconsistancy which i believe is very unfair on us the commuters. Along with the always offline situation at the Thokoza Park Station when have to load our cards is digraceful. Please see to it that our concerns as commuters are dealt with effectively and efficiently. Kind regards,<br> Mothibi
