Staff not willing to assist

<p>I Walked into a tea vaya thokoza park station looking to load my card and board a bus to town, instead of getting helped I was told told to walk all the way to the opposite end of where I would get the bus because they were not loading I asked them to sell a return ticket to me but they refused and told to walk out of station to the other end which resulted in n the bus leaving me. </p>
