Single trip tickets when I have a smart card

<p>I'm always forced to buy single trip tickets when I have a smart card because they claim to always be offline. A single trip ticket costs R14.80 but I keep getting charged R15.00 which is far more expensive on a daily basis than it would be with a card because then, I only pay for the distance I travel.</p> <p> </p> <p>The people at the till are nonchalant and don't offer solutions to people with the actual money to pay. It is unjust to make me have to buy a card that I never get to use anyway and I think Rea Vaya should be honest about the smart card that it is not the smart solution that they make it out to be.</p>
