Shortage of cash tickets

<p>My child could not go to school today because Rea Vaya said they won't sell the cash tickets. How does that make sense? I called ********** 55 and spoke to Mabunda and he said it's an ongoing problem, there's nothing they can do. He gave me the HO number ********** 645/8 so I can speak to Viola. So far she hasn't picked up the phone, so I do not have a solution to my problem.</p> <p>Could someone please contact me so that this matter can be resolved urgently.</p>
