Rude staff members

I'm disappointed by your rude staff members. I was at Chancellor house station in Joburg CBD and I was threatened by one of your staff members just for wanting to tap out my card as your tap machines in the bus were not working . So I was forced to be charged a penalty for something that is not my fault. Work on your customer service. It's very poor.
