Rude employees

Bad experience with Reavaya employees in park station . the Lady by the name of Jabu and Nelly were very rude not just today but thinks she owns the place..the refused to load my card deliberately.. and Jabu took out the cable of the system and she claimed they are off line just bcs i was complaining...Nelly was screaming at me in front of the commutters.The management need to deal with them accordingly
