rude driver

<p>Rea Vaya drivers have a new tendency of not allowing passangers to tap into te bus and then they drop us off at unsafe places. I had an incident with a C4 bus driver who did not want people to tap in and he kept swearing at people wen they asked why he did not want people to tap in, along the way he left passengers and one of them was a guy in a wheel chair, i call that rudeness and ************** against physically challenged people.</p> <p>As a passanger I expect to have a driver that would make me feel safe and ensure that i reach my destination safe. The driver decided to drop us off on the side of the road and told us to walk to the station at campus square, people that know better say that the reason for him not to allow us to tap in was because it was supersave. Never give your clients benefits that you will at the sametime limit them usage. to the rea vaya company, rather cancel the supersave and allow passengers the right to better service. I really never experienced such bad service, rude driver wo did not even car about the safety of people. If you can not work with people rather choose a different field of work.</p>
